I turned my passion for food and science into a career. Having a degree in Biochemistry, working seven years in analytical chemistry, and then returning for my master’s in Food Science, I consider food in a way that most don’t.

I’ve worked in recipe development, food photography, and social media for nine years and counting. My cookbook provides health-conscious recipes for readers with an array of dietary needs.

Now, I also craft french macarons in Atlanta. I’m a one-woman show doing what I love most, and I hope to make it meaningful for others.

My household is complete with my husband and three wonderful dogs. I’m a lover of anything that keeps the soul happy.
