- 2 TBSP oat flour (ground up raw oats) 
- 1 TBSP coconut flour 
- 1/2 scoop cinnamon swirl protein 
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt 
- 1/4 cup carrot puree (2 oz) 
- 1 tsp cinnamon 
- 1/8 tsp ginger 
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg 
- 1 stevia packet
